Federal MPs Unable to Account For Their Spending

How else to explain the revolting refusal to allow public scrutiny into their spending? All parties except the Bloc Quebecois apparently imagine that the Canadian public trusts them to not rip us off when they ask for compensation for "other" expenses. Either that, or (more likely) they know that we won't like what we see.
