I've heard they've enjoyed a bounce recently. That's the most goddamned depressing thing I've heard in a while. It makes Canadians look so stupid and Canada such a politically hopeless country.

I'm disappointed the Libs haven't hit harder on Harper's 'anti-Canadian' past - i.e., his remarks about Canada being the worst kind of Euro welfare state, his leadership of the anti-medicare NCC, etc. I was really looking forward to seeing the two parties in an all-out slugfest.
Bah we are all so surprised. What was it he said during the election. Oh yeah no recession for Canada.
